3-in-1 TreadClimber® technology trims your workout time and delivers faster results—guaranteed.

The TreadClimber® machine is a unique breakthrough in the fitness industry. It combines the actions of the three most effective cardio machines into one:

  1. TREADMILL: Splitting the treadle into two separate belts, the TreadClimber® machine delivers the walking, jogging and running action of a treadmill—and goes a step further. In addition to your legs and glutes, it engages the core muscles that help maintain your balance.
  2. STAIR CLIMBER: The pumping action of the separate treadles replicates the highly effective aerobic exertion of stepping.
  3. ELLIPTICAL: As the TreadClimber® machine's treadles rise to meet your stride, the impact on your joints is reduced, so you enjoy the same smooth, ergonomic motion of the best elliptical machines.

The efficient and easy TreadClimber® machine gives you the ultimate cardio workout—and all you do is WALK™.

The TC20 is a great machine for getting me moving and getting my heart rate up which is what I was missing from my exercise routine. Living in Juneau, Alaska it can be difficult to get outside in the winter months when it is dark and icy, or in the summer when it rains for days on end. This machine provides a means for me to get exercise whenever I feel like it and no matter what the weather is doing outside.

I have the beginnings of arthritis in my right hip which can cause me quite a bit of pain, so I was looking for an aerobic workout that was low impact enough not to aggravate this. The TreadClimber is very comfortable to use and my joints are pain free after use. The main reason I chose this model was for the longer treadle length. I am of average height (5'-7"), but feel that the longer length allows me the space to adjust my stride easily and that keeps me walking for longer periods of time.

I read numerous online reviews and watched several videos before deciding on the TC20. I agree with comments that the console is a bit lackluster for the price, but I don't need bells & whistles, so that doesn't bother me. The heart rate monitor is nice to have.

The machine went together pretty easily with my boyfriend's help, and although some of the plastic pieces didn't line up as perfectly as I would have liked this does not seem to affect performance. the machine feels solid and strong.

Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend the machine to a friend…as a matter of fact, my best friend comes over twice a week to work out with me and she likes it too! The machine itself does not motivate me to work out, but I like having it as an option when I want to use it.

Bought it for my girlfriend and myself. Good workout but come on bowfkex ..... The heart rate monitor is lame. It should be able to connect to a smart phone or device and save pace, distance etc to any of the workout apps out there. For that matter bowfkex should have their own app for it. Very disappointing for an industry leader like Bowflex.

Comments about Bowflex TreadClimber TC20:

I hop on my machine first thing in the morning for 30 minutes. At first I couldn't get above 1.6, now after three weeks I am at 2.8! I wish I had purchased this years ago because I feel so much better, AND my whole family using it now too. It might seem expensive but it really gets the job done and is easy on your joints. I should know, my back has 3 crushed vertebrae and yes, I can still do this. Don't wait, seriously.

    Comments about Bowflex TreadClimber TC20:

Use to lose a few pounds ahead of my wedding, while my fiance uses it to maintain his cardio. We both really like it, get a good workout even when we only have 20 minutes or so to exercise.

Only significant con is that it is loud when in use.

Great machine. Everything I wanted in one. Easy to use. Just walk!! Better than a treadmill. Delivery person was strange. Box was heavy and I think he wanted me to help. Person who set the machine up took longer than expected. Guess he had trouble finding where I live even with GPS.

          Comments about Bowflex TreadClimber TC20:

I have owned this for over a year & UNFORTUNATELY am still paying for it as I went for the more expensive TC-20 against my husband's advice. Don't waste your money & follow the advice of another reviewer that I should have followed last year before I purchased...GO FOR THE MAX TRAINER INSTEAD! I got no results with the treadclimber but once I started walking OUTSIDE and striving to hit 10,000 steps at least 3 times a week, I FINALLY saw results

I have a TC20 which has been used hardly at all. Tonight when I went on the right cylinder would just bang down on the frame. We tried adjusting it at the top but nothing made any difference. Please advise.

              A:

Hello DJ! The main difference between the TC20 TreadClimber and the TC200 TreadClimber are their consoles. The TC200 features a center crossbar that you can hold onto rather than just the side rails, and there are more user functions and workout program options on the TC200 vs the TC20. You cannot reset the G.O. Coach. You can adjust which day of the week the program will start. This will allow you to start the sequence of workouts again. You can view the instructions on how to use your G.O. Coach in your manual. Please copy and paste the link below into your browser.

You'll get a great workout with either the TC10 or the TC20. The TC20 has a 4 inch longer deck, but at your height the TC10 should work fine. The TC20 has more bells and whistles, but the TC10 is a great workout too for less money.
