The TC5000 offers a more compact option for those individuals confined by space. With the same Bowflex® gym-quality construction, a durable motor, and electronic functions including eight functions - speed, distance, total steps, time, calories per minute, total calories, climb indicator and heart rate. The TC500 is our more space-efficient option. The TC5000 is covered by a 5-year warranty on its durable motor, a 2-year warranty on its hydraulics, an amazing 3-year warranty on all electronics, and a 3-year warranty on all other parts (try getting that from other manufacturers). First, check to make sure the dials on both hydraulics are set to the same number. If they are on the same setting, then most likely you're still getting used to stepping evenly on the TreadClimber® machine. Each of us has a leg that we tend to put more weight on, which can cause one step to "bottom out" while the other remains higher up. Move closer to the console and practice taking more even strides. After a few tries, this movement should become natural to you.
The TreadClimber® machine comes mostly preassembled, but still requires some final assembly on your part. We provide detailed instruction manuals with every machine. The process usually takes 1 to 2 hours and does require two people because of some heavy lifting.

For the TC6000, you will receive a call from a Nautilus, Inc. approved delivery service to schedule you delivery. Once you've placed your order online at BowflexTreadClimber.com, we'll send an e-mail to the address you provided during checkout, confirming your order has been submitted. Your TreadClimber® equipment should ship in approximately 2-4 weeks. You can also check the status of your order online. You will need to enter your order number and billing zip code to track the status of your order. This information can be found on the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. Once your order is shipped, you should receive an e-mail containing a tracking code. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Service department toll free at (800) 436-7114. Your order begins processing as soon as you click the "Submit" button. After submission, it may be possible to cancel your order by calling us directly. Once inventory has been allocated to your order, it cannot be canceled. IMPORTANT: Any attempts to cancel your order after it moves into the shipping process does not guarantee the order will not be shipped.
